This vine is one of the oldest that the
Company still continue to produce and is
found on the summit of the ëCUSTIOí hill.
After being de-stemmed and crushed,
the grapes undergo maceration for eight
to ten days depending on the characteristics
of the vintage.
The wine obtained is aged for 50%
in stainless steel tanks and 50% in barriques.
For about 10 months; after which it
is blended and rests for a further 3 months
A deep ruby red.
