TIPOLOGY Rosé Spumante
GRAPE VARIETY pinot nero
After carefully evaluating the maturation of
the grapes, the grapes are harvested by hand
and then vinified in rosè by a soft pressing
with the skins, to obtain the free run wine.
The must undergoes a first fermentation in
strictly controlled temperature stainless steel tanks.
In the following spring the wine obtained is
bottled with selected yeasts, the bottles are
then left to rest in our cool cellars where the
formation of spume in the bottle takes place,
this is left to mature for a further 18/24
A bright pink rosè, a fine, continous perlage, with an ample
persistent spume. Perfume delicate and fragrant with hints
of mature fruits a subtle bouquet of yeasts which are complimented with
its pleasant vinosity. Elegant and caressing.
Perfect as an aperitif and enjoyable company throughout
