IN THE GLASS still red
One of the worldís greatest red grapes, which
has found a perfect habitat in the OltrepÚ Pavese.
After a carefully controlling the state of
maturation, harvesting takes place in the
2nd week of September,
after being de-stemmed and crushed they
undergo a controlled temperature maceration
for about 8/10 days depending on
the characteristics of the vintage.
The wine obtained matures in stainless steel
tanks for between 6/7months after which it
ages a further 4 months in bottles.
A bright ruby red. It distinguishes itself
with the typical hints of black currants and
